Otto Dix

Recently, me and my friend Evie have decided to do some drawings or paintings copying famous artists.  Here is my rendition of Otto Dix's Portrait of the Journalist Sylvia Von Harden.

I am not much of an artist, but it was fun to do.

Here is the original:

  1. very nice, barbara. i encourage you to keep drawing. i copy like this and on rainy days it is so much fun.

  2. Well done ~ great to hear you are creating and great to hear from you ~ Thanks!
ps. do you know you have an advertisement that flashes across your blog when one first comes here?

    Happy Week to you,

  3. A very reasonable likeness, Barbara!. Kext eep ay it; you could be the next Monet (or somebody).

    Thanks for visiting my blog.

    Blessings and Bear hugs!

  4. Great images, the Halloween series is magnificent! The drawing represents a lot of work (“What one does is what counts. Not what one had the intention of doing.” ― Pablo Picasso). Thanks for visiting!

Thank you for reading my blog, and spending some time with me... I am truly honored.
